After over four decades working from a Film Trainee Projectionist to the head of a facilities Factual sound dept., George founded George Foulgham Soundscapes Ltd with his wife Caitlin, in 2021.
The company has won the Excellence in Sound HPA (Hollywood Professional Association) Award 2023.
George has worked with some of the world’s best documentarians and has mixed two Academy winning & three Academy nominee documentaries.
He’s the recipient of multiple BAFTA, AMPS, RTS & HPA Awards & Nominations.
Council member of AMPS and is a member of BAFTA & CAS.
George has periodically mentored up and coming sound mixers and tracklayers, and has lectured at the NFTS
