2019 Music+Sound Awards Event Sponsorship Package

The Music+Sound Awards will be presented at an evening celebration in London during July 2019 (venue and date soon to be confirmed).

Sponsorship of the event offers the unique opportunity to advertise your company on our international stage and align yourselves with the most prestigious, credible and well-supported Awards for music and sound in the industries involved. Music+Sound Awards sponsors are recognised as leaders within our community.

Sponsorship also greatly supports the mission to increase recognition of the indispensable role composers, sound designers, music supervisors and sync teams play in the media. 

The 2019 Music+Sound Awards event sponsorship package costs £4,000 and includes:

1/ 10 ceremony tickets (worth £2,100)

2/ Branded table / sponsor area at the ceremony for your team and clients with dedicated waiting staff (attended by approx 700 guests including directors, broadcasters, ad agencies, composers, music supervisors, sound designers, publishers, production and post-production companies)

3/ Prominent branding presence at the ceremony - branded table, display of your logo on the big screen during the welcome drinks and ceremony opening, large branded themed prop, logo in the show programme, on printed posters inside and outside the venue and on a dedicated waiter / waitress wearing a t-shirt branded with your logo.

4/ Your logo on each page of The Music+Sound Awards website, as official sponsor (16.7k unique site visitors over last year) 

5/ Your logo and company name on all electronic media issued by The Music+Sound Awards used to publicise the competition plus at least one specific mention via email and social media (our database of over 14,000 named global contacts includes, publishers, record labels, broadcasters, advertising agencies, film studios and advertising, TV and film production companies, composers, sound designers and music supervisors from around the world.  Twitter followers: 4k, Facebook likes: 1.7k, LinkedIn connections: 10.4k)

6/ Approx 7 Press Releases mentioning your sponsorship (sent to an extensive worldwide network of advertising, broadcast, music industry, audio post-production, media composition, film and TV publications, websites and blogs between Dec 2018-July 2019)

7/ Your logo in The Music+Sound Awards digital, interactive winners book to be distributed to our database and press contacts after the competition

8/ Opportunity to conduct an interview to be used as promotional content and in press releases
